Last updated: August 4, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how BigLead ("BigLead," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website at biglead.io and our software platform at app.biglead.io (together, the "Services").

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, contact us, or use the Services. This may include your name, email address, phone number, company information, and any content you submit through the platform.

We also automatically collect certain technical information when you use the Services, including IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and usage data, through cookies and similar technologies.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve the Services; to communicate with you about your account and our Services; to provide customer support; to monitor and analyze usage; to protect the security and integrity of the Services; and to comply with legal obligations.

Google User Data

BigLead offers optional integrations with Google services. When you choose to connect a Google account, we access only the data needed for the feature you enable:

We use Google user data only to provide these user-facing features. We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, do not use it to train generalized machine-learning models, and do not transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide the features above, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice to you. Google user data is retained only while your integration remains connected; you can disconnect any Google service at any time from your BigLead settings or from your Google Account permissions page, and you can request deletion of stored data by following our Data Deletion Instructions.

BigLead's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who perform services on our behalf (such as hosting, analytics, and communications providers), when required by law, in connection with a business transaction, or with your consent.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your Choices

You may access, update, or request deletion of your personal information by contacting us. For step-by-step instructions on requesting deletion of your data, see our Data Deletion Instructions. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or contacting us directly.

Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
